As part of my industrial project, I have created a web app for the Geopolitical Threat Index (GTI). It is an updated version of the published research with an interactive interface. The web app allows you to (1) select countries to visualize, (2) choose custom seed words to modify scores, and (3) download the dataset for your own analysis. If you open the web app, you can create a plot the skyrocketing score for Russia in 2022, for example.
The web app is created with the LSX package and hosted on shinyapps.io. Since dynamically generating GTI is computationally intensive, the app cannot handle many concurrent users, but I hope you enjoy playing with it!
